During April 2019, the FSCA Conduct of Business Division notified Financial Services Providers that it will require FSP’s to submit a general request for information (RFI). The RFI is a once-off substitute for the submission of the annual/bi-annual compliance reports during 2019. The purpose of the RFI is to confirm that the FSCA has the correct business information of an FSP on record.
